Workshops
Check off each workshop you want to attend. You may choose multiple workshops. Each workshop costs an additional $25.
Each workshop has a limited capacity of 30 participants. If you don't see the workshop you're looking for, that means it's full. However, you can join the waitlist by clicking here, and we will tell you if a spot becomes available.
Before you click "Submit" at the bottom of this page, please ensure that you've selected the workshop(s) you want to attend. Once you've submitted your registration and payment, you won't be able to add or delete workshops.
Must submit a copy of current and valid student ID by email to conference@iha4health.org.
Cancellation of registration is at the discretion of the conference planning committee. Participant will be notified if registration is not approved.
